RETURNABLE PRODUCT

  • Paletas Wey only accepts product returns for exchange with same new product from customers, only if the product received is in a melted condition during the delivery process.
  • Customer can apply for product returns for exchange with the same new product only by sending the proof of the unboxing video; maximum 10 minutes after the product is received from the shipping courier.
  • Please send the unboxing video to customerservice@paletaswey.com by mention RETURNING PRODUCT
  • The return shipping cost for exchange are entirely the responsibility of Paletas Wey.
